HR Search was founded in Israel in 2004 in response to the growing need for quality recruitment service for managers and professionals in tourism, hotel and leisure business. In 2015, the company's first branch opened outside of Israel - in Italy. As of 2020, the company has expanded and is currently providing a recruitment service for the accounting & finance fields throughout the market.
HR Search is not a personnel agency (ie it does not employ people to work for its customers) but specializes in managing the recruitment process of search and selection of staff to be hired directly by its clients.
The company's main offices are located in Herzliya. Our recruiting services are provided throughout the country and abroad.
DISCRETION AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
Many of our clients (applicants & employers) have told us that the reason they initially contacted us was the discreet manner in which we operate.
We believe that acting discreet & with professional ethnics is extremely important.
NO HEADHUNTING AT ACTIVE CLIENTS
We do not practice headhunting (an approach initiated by us) for employees who are employed by an active client (Active Client: a client who we have made a placement for during the last year). We provide services to employees who contacted us on their own initiative. We see no contradiction between loyalty to our clients and providing a service to these candidates under these circumstances.
RETURNING PLACEMENT
A candidate who went through placement by HR Search, will not be able to go through another placement through us unless at least one of the following conditions apply:

Two years passed since he started working for our client.

Employee-Employer relations has terminated.

The employer gave his approval.
